The roller conveyor for motion and rotation of pipes

The roller conveyor for motion and rotation of pipes
The roller conveyor consists of 2 parts, each of them has a metal structure made of rolled metal (pipes and sheet metal) and biconical rubber live trough rollers which moves the pipe along the roller conveyor and cylindrical rotating lifting rubber rollers which rotate the pipe during welding and inspection. The welded frames provide the fastening of roller conveyor components and of the roller conveyor as a single whole as well the assembly by welding to the foundation elements of the floor. The live trough rollers provide the linear pipe movement. They are made of a biconical roller mounted on 2 bearings. As a drive a worm reduction gearmotor is used. The trough rollers rotate the pipe during welding and inspection of weld joints. They are made as a frame with 2 cylindrical rollers mounted on bearings. The lifting and sinking of the trough rollers for rotation of pipes is carried out by means of pneumatic actuators controlled by a machineman.
